July 2004 Meeting Photos:

Annual C.U.R.E. Picnic at Briscoe Park. Despite a 60% rain weather forecast, hardly a drop fell. Cool winds, sunny skies, and fun for all. Lots of volunteers with over a dozen boats in the water at all times. When not running boats, club members volunteered at other C.U.R.E. Concessions & Games.

Good chicken! Lunch sponsored by Folke's Restaurant. OK, I took a picture of my Towboat w/ 7 cells running it. Cuddles was cuddling everybody!

Ray had the Maiden Voyage of the day. Named "Betty B" after his late Mother. It is a copy of a 1900's Maine Lake Rangely Ferry Excursion Boat that took vacationers to their island retreats.

Plenty of boats to keep the kids busy. A few recoveries as well. Great day for sailing!
